Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with Pharmacy Weight Loss Garstang, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Garstang is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Garstang and the surrounding UK area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet our clinical or safety criteria. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your treatment and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescriptions are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical assessment of your submitted information. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
Prescriptions remain the property of the patient but are managed and dispensed by our pharmacy. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to a third party or used outside the scope for which they were issued.
We reserve the right to request additional medical information or refer you to your GP before issuing or continuing a prescription.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
We do not store your full card details on our systems. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption. In the event that a prescription is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. All orders are sent in discreet, secure packaging via a tracked delivery service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed. To do so, please contact us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy law and for patient safety reasons.
Refunds for non-prescription items or consultation fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests should be submitted in writing to our pharmacy team.
The information provided through our service is intended for general health guidance and does not replace the advice of your GP or a specialist. You should always inform your regular GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. It is your responsibility to report any side effects or changes in your health to our team promptly. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing your care and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
